Cinco de Mayo Pennant Banner

Do you celebrate Cinco de Mayo? A few days ago I shared a large festive Cinco de Mayo banner and today I am sharing a mini pennant banner. I made these with Cinco de Mayo in mind but you could use these files for any celebration if you switch up the colors. Cinco de Mayo Pennant Banner with silhouette files To make this banner you will need cardstock, twine, mini clothespins (can be found at Walmart in the office supply isle) and a silhouette. I have made the free dxf file available HERE. (I personally designed this file and it is for personal use only and can not be resold or used to make a banner that will be sold.) Cut out the pennant shapes on your silhouette and attach to twine using mini clothespins. Could that be any easier? That's very cute, love design cut outs. Since I don't have a silhouette guess I'll use punches to make design cut outs on my banner. Get some use out of them. When we lived in San Diego we always celebrated Cinco deMayo. Good excuse to go to good Mexican eatery and have chips, salsa and of course a margarita (or two). Since we moved here (western CO) we don't go out like we used to, pretty lame. I miss the fun of getting bunch of people together, sitting around chatting. Ah well we had our day now it's time for younger people to have theirs. Have fun tomorrow. Happy Weekend
