My garden is really buzzing. I have tons of green peppers, jalapenos, banana peppers, basil, and rosemary right now. I hate to say this, but my cucumbers and zucchini died AGAIN this year! They got some sort of white fungus on them and I didn’t catch it in time. Before I knew it they were all wilting away to nothing.
Luckily we have an awesome Farmer’s Market, so I was able to get carrots, cucumbers, and broccoli for a great price. This time of year my family loves to whip up a super easy veggie dip and enjoy fresh veggies!
You only need two ingredients!
- Sour Cream
- Hidden Valley Dip packet – Fiesta Ranch
- Veggies of your choice
It HAS to be Fiesta Ranch because there is NOTHING like it!
You just mix the whole packet in one tub of sour cream and wah-laa. Less than 2 minutes and you have a dip. Then cut up all of your veggies and get to dipping!
