The Best Deviled Eggs

Here is an oldie but a goodie. I shared this recipe last year, but I didn’t have any pictures. I have learned since then that a picture is worth a million words. So here ya have it- the HANDS DOWN BEST deviled eggs! For the printable version GO HERE!
Ingredients:
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry ranch dressing mix
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • a shake or two (or 3 in my house) of garlic powder
This is a great way to use all of those eggs you dyed with the kiddos! Like our eggs? We used vinyl shapes and letters and then dipped them into the dye.

Start out by peeling the shells off of the eggs. Then cut in half.

Remove the yolks and place into a medium sized bowl.

Then finely dice the onion.

Add the onion, mayornaise, mustard, ranch dressing powder, and garlic powder to the yolks.

Mix the ingredients with a fork.

Now use a spoon to put the mixture into the eggs. Serve immediately or store in the fridge until you are ready! I will be serving mine tomorrow at Easter brunch.
