Yesterday was a busy Halloween day! We carved pumpkins, made some more Halloween sugar cookies, and then I baked some scrumptious pumpkin seeds.
The pumpkin seeds must be good because Wyatt and Mason have been eating them all morning. Who am I to stop them? They are healthy and at least I am not being begged for Halloween candy at 10 in the morning.
The boys are putting sprinkles on their cookies.
Wyatt wouldn’t reach into the pumpkin without a spoon.
The pumpkin seeds I made. I just tossed them in some olive oil, minced garlic, everglade seasoning and a dash of fajita seasoning. Then baked them for 40 minutes at 300 degrees.
Well I am off for a Halloween filled weekend… I work tonight and tomorrow morning. Then tomorrow we are going to a Haunted Trail with a hayride. Sunday we’ll be out trick-or-treating through town.
